Do I need to order each wine in case lots?
No you can order your wines in individual bottles or cases, as long as your
minimum total order is 12 bottles and in multiples of twelve thereafter (12,
24, 36 etc).
Do I have to be a member to order?
No, anyone can order – you
simply look around the shop and place the most tempting items into your basket.
How long do the offers last for?
The offers are available until stock of each particular line is exhausted,
so you are advised to order early to avoid disappointment.
Will I see new wines regularly?
Yes, we have no fixed range
and our list of wines is continually changing as new deals become available
and existing lines are sold out, so keep checking
back to see what’s new. If you want to be kept up to date with new arrivals
on a regular basis you can join our mailing list to have the new offers Emailed
to you.
I like trying different wines but don’t know what to buy - can
you suggest something?
Looking at the brief description of each wine
may help you decide – try
looking at a wine style that you know you like and then compare it to others
to help you decide. Why not try one of our Mixed Cases, which are designed
to give you a wide variety of styles, grape types and countries in one box – as
well as being exceedingly good value.
Can I send a case as a gift?
Yes, simply enter
the recipient’s details in the appropriate place at
the checkout and leave the rest up to us. You can also add a personalised message to go inside the case - just enter your message in the space where it asks for any special delivery instructions.
I’m looking for a particular wine - can you get it?
It’s possible. Give us as much details as possible via the Request a Quote
page and we will search for the best deal for you. If we find it, we’ll
quote you a price with no obligation to buy.
Can you supply wine for special functions/weddings etc?
Yes, we will suggest appropriate wines and may even be able to give a little
extra discount for bulk orders. Please contact us via the Request a Quote page or

How much is delivery?
Delivery is £5 per person per address, regardless of how many cases you order. Please ask for a quote for delivery to addresses on the UK Islands (excluding Ireland).
When will I receive my order?
Delivery is normally only 1-2
days (remote areas may be a bit longer) – please
allow up to 5 days, if you have not received your order by this time you should
contact us via sales@corkerswineclub.com or
call us on 0131 443 2262.
Can I have my wine delivered to work or a neighbour?
Of course you can. Simply enter your work address as the required delivery
address at the checkout or if delivery is to your home, it is important to
enter a safe place to leave if out, for example neighbour, garage, shed etc.
What cards do you accept?
Maestro, Delta, Visa and MasterCard
Is it safe to shop online?
Some people are a little nervous about giving credit card details online but
it is one of the safest ways to pay for anything. We use state-of-the-art encryption
and secure sockets layer (SSL) technology to transfer all credit card information
securely.
Can I pay by an alternative method?
Yes, if you feel more

Can I order if I live outside mainland UK?
We can accept orders from outwith the UK for delivery to an address within the UK (excluding Ireland) but not for delivery overseas.
